Max
Recovery. This ‘recovery’ workout is not
one of the best. I do enjoy all the stretches but the main focus on this
workout seems to be upper body – there is a lot of low plank, high plank
positions and although my arms have gotten stronger, I am no way near being
able to do all of them and this irritates me.
This
workout compared to the other MAX routines is a step down and it does allow you
to really stretch out all those tight and sore muscles in preparation of tomorrow’s
hardcore workout. It is good to have a recovery day, but I do find myself left
feeling unsatisfied… I think I might be addicted to the endorphins
