RECOVERY WEEK
DAY 30
of INSANITY!
My energy
levels were extremely low this morning. Shaun T says it’s ok to be tired because we’ve
been pushing out bodies hard for 4 weeks… so I won’t be too hard on myself. I
managed to make it through the workout but inwardly I was cursing Shaun T and
my tired body!
Today it
was the switch kicks and thigh bobs that really hurt me. The Plié (ballet
stance) is still the toughest though, but I managed to do much better with it
today, I didn’t have to kick out my thighs as much!
I am tired.
