RECOVERY WEEK
DAY 31 of INSANITY!
Doing the same workout for the past 5 days is slightly
boring, but it doesn’t make it any less difficult. You would think that after 5
days you would be able to hold a squat forever…nope, that’s a lie.
It finally dawned on me WHY this Core cardio &
Balance is difficult… basically nearly all the workout positions require you to
be in the squat position. So when you get to the final 10 minutes at the end
and you have to hold that Plié or ballet pose for literally the whole
10minutes, you want to collapse!
Core Cardio & Balance for me kills my thighs, no
complaints though.
We have 2 more days of it and then it’s GO time! Month 2!!!
