DAY 45 of
INSANITY!
I was relieved
to see that this morning was Core Cardio and Balance, this is a step down in
intensity compared to the other Max workouts and I was sort of wondering why
Shaun T injected that workout in… it was then that I looked at the calendar and
saw why… Monday we have our Fit Test AND Max Interval Circuit. OMG.
The workout
this morning still got me sweating and the workout at the end – the PliĆ© or
squat ballet pose STILL burnt my thighs to death but I was able to hold it,
which means my thighs have got stronger since our recovery week!
