DAY 50 of
INSANITY!!!
Never drink
the night before you have to do Max Interval Circuit! Every drop of sweat that
came out of my skin today was wine! Even though I felt slightly hangover this
morning, I managed to power through this workout! I know it's not the workouts getting easier, it's just me getting fitter - a great feeling!
My knee is
still tender, so today I substituted the jumps for sprints and I will continue
to do that until my knee has healed.
