As you can see there has been a vast improvement on most of them! I really tried my best and was pretty burnt out afterwards! 

Rest? 

Nope, it was straight into Max Interval Circuit… I really think that this is pushing the body too hard and far, but who am I? It is just very intense especially after the 30min Fit Test! You are pushing your body to the max for 1 and a half hours. Well we did make it through alive – somehow- Month 2 is seriously INSANE!!
