DAY 58 of INSANITY!

Max Interval Plyo is a hard workout after a weekend of partying! I know the point is to completely eat clean, but let’s be honest; I am not going to stop my everyday life. There were lots of festivities with friends this weekend and I wasn’t going to miss out! No, I didn’t gorge myself in fast food, but I may have drunk too much high calorie wine – oops.

In Round 2 of INSANITY my fiancé and I have decided that we are going to only do INSANITY 5 days a week and not 6, this allows us to have our weekends back.

After a weekend of drinking and late nights it felt good to be kicked back into sweat mode! Detox time!
